All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Next Level Sports.
Next Level Sports reserves the right to revise prices, limit quantities, correct errors in its catalogue and websites and refuse orders at its discretion including, without limitation, orders from distributors, dealers and warehouse stores.  If you are under 18, you must ask a parent or guardian before you send any information to or buy products from this website. All under 18’s should share these terms and conditions with a parent or guardian before completing the registration process. To place an order you must register with the site and confirm that the information you provide us is accurate and up to date.  Except as may otherwise be permitted by applicable law, you may not cancel an order which Next Level Sports have accepted without the agreement in writing of Next Level Sports who also reserve the right to waive this policy from time to time in its sole discretion.
Personalisation and Embroidery
The reproduction of your and your sponsor’s logo colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Your order will not be processed until we receive your full agreement and approval of artwork.  We make every effort to ensure that the photography on our website accurately reflects the colours of the kit you order and cannot be held responsible for colour appearing different on different computer screens. Stock and Availability
While we make every effort to ensure good availability on all the products on our website, the demand for kit may mean that some items are temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date and keep you informed by email.

Sales Tax
Prices for adult clothing include all embroidery, delivery and VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. Children’s clothing is exempt from VAT.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Items that have been embroidered cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis described.  Any goods returned should be in saleable condition in its original packaging, unused and with a completed returns form.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.  None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Please email for a returns form and allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are not what you ordered, the cost of returning your order will be credited back you.
